Where we ship

Currently, all 50 U.S. states. International shipping is not available — peptide customs rules vary widely by country.

Rates

• Free shipping on orders $130 and over
• $12.00 flat-rate tracked shipping on orders below $130

Processing time

Orders placed before 2pm EST on business days ship the same day. Orders placed after 2pm or on weekends ship the next business day.

Carriers and tracking

We ship via USPS Priority and UPS Ground. Tracking is included on every order and emailed to you when the label is created.

Shipment protection

Every order includes free shipment protection. If your package is lost in transit, stuck in customs, or arrives damaged, we will reship at no charge — just email support@helixcorebio.store with your order number and a photo of the damage if applicable.

Storage on arrival

Lyophilized peptides are stable at room temperature for transit. For long-term storage, refrigerate at 2–8°C or freeze at −20°C. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.

Discreet packaging

We ship in plain, unmarked outer packaging. The shipping label lists "HelixCore Biotech" as the sender — there is no product name, sequence, or research material indication on the exterior.
