Affiliate Terms.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old, capable of entering a binding agreement, and able to comply with U.S. FTC endorsement guidelines and these terms. Your audience must skew adult. We don't accept affiliates whose primary audience is minors.

2. FTC disclosure — required in every promotion

U.S. law requires you to clearly disclose your material connection to HelixCore Biotech in every promotional post, video, story, email, or message where you promote our products, share your code, or link to our store. The disclosure must be:

• Conspicuous — viewers shouldn't have to dig for it. Place it where it can't be missed (above the fold, near the code, in the first line of a video).
• Clear — “#ad”, “paid partnership”, “HelixCore affiliate”, or “I earn a commission if you use my code” all work. Vague tags like “#sp” or “#collab” alone do not.
• In the same medium as the promotion — disclose in the video itself, not just the description; disclose in the post caption, not just a separate story.

Undisclosed promotional content is a material breach of these terms and grounds for immediate termination plus forfeiture of unpaid commission.

3. Content rules

HelixCore products are sold strictly for laboratory research. When you promote them, you must mirror that positioning. You may not:

• Claim or imply our products diagnose, treat, cure, mitigate, or prevent any disease.
• Describe human-use protocols, dosing instructions, injection sites, or stacking guides as if these were intended uses.
• Make safety, efficacy, or comparative-effectiveness claims about specific peptides.
• Use before/after photos of humans or animals attributed to HelixCore products.
• Misrepresent test results, purity, sourcing, or the contents of a Certificate of Analysis.
• Run paid search ads on the keywords “HelixCore”, “HelixCore Biotech”, or close variants — that's our brand traffic, not yours to bid on.

You may share lot CoAs, link to product pages, describe research applications, and quote on-site copy verbatim with attribution.

4. Your code, your attribution

Each affiliate is issued a unique discount code. Commissions are earned only when a customer enters your code at checkout — we don't track cookies or last-click. Sharing your code, embedding it in links, or using it in QR codes is fine; selling or transferring it to anyone else is not.

Self-purchasing with your own code, creating fake customer accounts, or any other form of commission manipulation voids the associated commission and is grounds for termination.

5. Commission and payouts

• Your commission rate is set when your account is created and visible on your dashboard.
• Commission is calculated on the order subtotal after any discount, before shipping and tax.
• An order earns commission once it reaches paid, shipped, or delivered status. Refunded or cancelled orders earn nothing.
• Payouts run every two weeks. Balances under $25 roll to the next cycle.
• Payouts are sent via Zelle or ACH to the contact you provide. You are responsible for any tax obligations on payouts you receive.
• Commission may be reversed if an order is later refunded, charged back, or determined to be fraudulent.

6. Termination

Either party may end the relationship at any time. We can terminate your account immediately for breach of these terms — including undisclosed promotional content, prohibited claims, commission manipulation, or activity that creates legal or reputational risk for HelixCore. On termination, unpaid commission earned in good faith through the date of termination is paid out on the next normal cycle. Commission tied to violating activity is forfeited.

7. Relationship

You are an independent contractor, not an employee, partner, agent, or joint-venturer of HelixCore LLC. You have no authority to make representations or commitments on our behalf beyond what these terms permit.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Maryland, USA. Disputes are handled under the same arbitration and venue provisions as our main Terms of Service.

9. Changes

We may update these terms — material changes will be emailed to your affiliate contact address. Continuing to promote HelixCore after a change means you accept the updated terms.
